About the function
Company Overview:

As a Production Employee, you will be responsible for:
- Assembling, inspecting, and preparing custom door components.
- Operating machinery and performing quality control checks.
- Ensuring products meet client specifications.
- Collaborating in teams while maintaining safety and production efficiency.
- Lifting materials (with a colleague) and being physically active throughout the shift.
The role includes initial training with a buddy for the first two weeks.
Work Conditions:
- Modern production facility with automated systems.
- Clean, organized workspace with on-site amenities like a canteen.
- Comfortable working temperature (around 15°C).
- Personal lockers provided for employees.
Shifts & Working Hours:
- Day shift: 07:00–16:00
- Afternoon shift: 16:00–00:00
- Overtime is available after 40 hours, with rates ranging from 35% to 54% extra.
