About the function
As an Operator in our bakery production team, you’ll play a vital role in managing every step of the bread-baking process. You'll ensure our products meet the highest quality standards, using your technical skills and passion for craftsmanship. This is a hands-on, physically active role that requires attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks: from monitoring the production line and adjusting settings to performing quality checks and troubleshooting minor machine issues. You’ll be on your feet, working closely with a dedicated team in a dry, indoor environment. Shifts run on a three-shift system, with 36-40 hours per week, including potential overtime and weekend work. Every shift includes a 30-minute break so you can recharge.
