About the function

Step into a vital role as an Operator in our bakery production team, where your focus will be on ensuring the highest quality in every loaf. This is a physically demanding position that involves setting up machines, weighing ingredients, and monitoring the baking process from start to finish. Your attention to detail will help maintain our high standards of quality and safety.

On a typical day, you’ll rotate through different shifts, ensuring machines are correctly set up and running smoothly. You’ll accurately weigh raw materials, oversee the baking process, and carry out quality checks at every stage. You’ll also be responsible for troubleshooting minor issues, keeping your work area clean, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
