About the function
As a Production employee, your duties will include:
- Sorting, packing, and stapling eggs.
Work Conditions:
- Work is indoors, dry, and at a normal temperature.
- Language Requirements: Polish.
Shifts & Working Hours:
- Shift: Morning shift starting at 7:30.
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with possible overtime.
- Breaks: 3 times a day.
What we offer
Compensation:
- Hourly Wage: €13,68.
- Wage increases:
- After 2 weeks: €13,75.
- After 3 months: €14,25.
- After 6 months: €14,75.
- After 10 months: €15,50.
- Overtime Rate: 130% after 38 hours.
Housing:
- Furnished accommodation (2 persons per room).
- Type: House
- Commute: Bicycle
