About the function
As a Production Worker your responsibilities will include:
- Standing in line and packaging gift boxes.
- Sealing the gift boxes and placing them on pallets.
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency in the workplace.
Working Conditions:
- Temperature: Comfortable, well-maintained environment.
- Shifts: Alternating weekly shifts:
- Week 1: 06:30 - 18:30
- Week 2: 18:30 - 06:30
- Working Hours: 11 hours per day, with the possibility of working 4 or 5 days a week.
- Clothing: Jeans are mandatory. T-shirts and shoes are provided by the company.

Compensation:
- Hourly Wage: €14.36 per hour.
- Opportunities for Overtime and Shift Rates: Available based on workload.
Housing:
- Furnished accommodation (2 persons per room).
- Accommodation Distance: Maximum 30 km from the workplace.
- Commute: Employees can commute by car or bike. A driving license highly desirable
- Own Accommodation: Allowed if located within 10 km of the workplace.

What we need
Requirements:
- Physical Condition: Must be flexible and healthy, as the job requires standing for 11 hours.
- English Level: Basic English or Polish is required.
- Driving License: Nice to have
- Additional Skills: Flexibility and a strong work ethic are essential. Candidates who work hard and speak English have a significant chance of advancing to an operator role.
