About the function
As a Operator, your duties will include:
- Managing the entire production process of baking various products.
- Monitoring, adjusting, and ensuring the baking process runs smoothly.
- Performing quality checks at every stage of production.
- Troubleshooting and resolving minor machine defects when necessary.
Work Conditions:
- Temperature: Inside, dry environment.
Shifts & Working Hours:
- Shifts: 3-shift system.
- Working Hours: 36-40 hours per week, with possible overtime and weekend work.
- Breaks: 30 minutes per shift.

- 00:00-04:00: 137%
- 04:00-06:00: 134%
- 18:00-00:00: 134%
- Saturday: 00:00-04:00: 137%, 04:00-18:00: 134%, 18:00-00:00: 200%
