About the function
As an Operator, your duties will include:
- Setting up machines correctly for the baking process.
- Weighing raw materials accurately.
- Monitoring the baking process from dough to bread.
- Performing quality checks throughout production.
- Troubleshooting minor defects and breakdowns.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Work Conditions:
- Temperature: Inside, hot environment.
- Conditions: Dry, no chemicals.
Shifts & Working Hours:
- Shifts: Rotating shifts (1 week day shift 08:00-16:00, 1 week late shift 16:00-00:00, 1 week night shift 00:00-08:00).
- Working Hours: 38 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime and weekend work.
- Breaks: 30 minutes per shift.

- Hourly Wage: €15,69
- Overtime and Shift Rates:
- 00:00-04:00: 137%
- 04:00-06:00: 134%
- 18:00-00:00: 134%
- Saturday: 00:00-04:00: 137%, 04:00-18:00: 134%, 18:00-00:00: 200%
