About the function

As an Operator, your duties will include:

  • Setting up machines correctly for the baking process.
  • Weighing raw materials accurately.
  • Monitoring the baking process from dough to bread.
  • Performing quality checks throughout production.
  • Troubleshooting minor defects and breakdowns.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Work Conditions:

  • Temperature: Inside, hot environment.
  • Conditions: Dry, no chemicals.

Shifts & Working Hours:

  • Shifts: Rotating shifts (1 week day shift 08:00-16:00, 1 week late shift 16:00-00:00, 1 week night shift 00:00-08:00).
  • Working Hours: 38 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime and weekend work.
  • Breaks: 30 minutes per shift.

  • Hourly Wage: €15,69
  • Overtime and Shift Rates:
    • 00:00-04:00: 137%
    • 04:00-06:00: 134%
    • 18:00-00:00: 134%
    • Saturday: 00:00-04:00: 137%, 04:00-18:00: 134%, 18:00-00:00: 200%
