About the function
As a Construction Machinery Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Operating a concrete cart.
- Operating a forklift.
- Laying cables.
- Cleaning hollow core slabs.
- Operating an overhead crane.
- Operating a concrete saw / plotter.
- Operating a slab-cutting machine.
Working Conditions:
- Temperature: Similar to outdoor conditions.
- Environment: Challenging conditions – wet, dirty, physically demanding.
Shifts and Working Hours:
- Shift: One shift from 05:00 to 13:00 (working hours may be extended depending on production needs).
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Breaks: A total of 40 minutes, including 30 paid minutes.

Salary:
- Hourly wage: €15,08.
- Overtime and weekend rates:
- Monday – Friday (00:00 – 5:00, 6:00 – 18:00, 23:00 – 00:00): 100%
- Monday – Friday (5:00 – 6:00, 18:00 – 23:00): 120%
- Saturday (00:00 – 12:00): 120%
- Overtime Monday – Friday: 150%
- Overtime Saturday (00:00 – 12:00): 150%
- Overtime Saturday (12:00 – 00:00): 200%
- Overtime Sunday: 200%

What we need
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Experience in construction or as a machine operator is required.
- Work Intensity: Physically demanding. Ability to work in a standing position.
- Language Skills: English A2/B1.
- Driver’s License: Required.
About the company
The company specializes in manufacturing high-quality hollow core slabs. It offers two standard types of floor slabs, which can be delivered with or without insulation. If needed, products are customized with cutouts, openings for electrical boxes, pipe slots, and other adjustments. Additionally, the company produces T-beams for concrete grid floors for customers.
