About the function
As an Order Picker in our cutting-edge distribution center in Zwolle, you play a key role in preparing supermarket orders for hundreds of stores across the Netherlands. You'll work with the latest voice-picking technology and help keep the supply chain running smoothly. We welcome newcomers to logistics and provide all the training you need to succeed, making this a great start for your career in the sector.
A typical day includes collecting orders using a modern voice-picking system, stacking products on pallets, and ensuring the stability and safety of each load. You’ll be involved in manual loading of trucks and containers or use electric pallet trucks (EPTs), depending on the task. You’ll rotate between working with fresh and dry goods, so your work stays varied and engaging. Quality control is part of your routine, checking that every order is accurate and meets our high standards. You’ll enjoy working side by side with family or friends if you wish, in a well-organized, inclusive, and friendly environment. The facility offers a canteen with free coffee, tea, and fruit, plus access to affordable hot meals throughout your shift.
