About the function

As a Warehouse Employee at our fulfillment center in Venray, you’ll play an essential role in supporting e-commerce orders and retail store replenishment across Europe. We handle everything from receiving goods, quality control, and storage to order picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.
On a typical day, you’ll rotate between various tasks, such as inspecting returned items, picking orders using automated systems, sorting and binning products by code, packing customer orders, and stacking cartons on pallets. You’ll use modern equipment and technology, making your work smooth and efficient. You’ll also have the chance to learn new roles and help out during peak periods or weekends, with attractive overtime pay on offer.

What we offer
- Competitive base salary: €14.71 per hour
- Overtime rates: 108.75% for 2-shift allowance
- Saturday pay: 150%, Sunday pay: 200%
- Stable working hours: 32-40 hours/week, with possibility of extra shifts

What we need
- Basic computer skills and ability to use warehouse systems
- Good physical fitness; comfortable working on your feet for 8-hour shifts
- Communicative level of English (enough to speak with supervisors)
- High motivation and willingness to learn different tasks
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude toward repetitive or fast-paced tasks
- EPT (pallet truck) certificate is a plus, but not required
