About the function

As an Operator in our meat processing facility, you'll have a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines. Your main responsibilities will include setting up machinery, adjusting parameters, and maintaining high-quality standards for our products. You will help keep the process running efficiently by quickly identifying and resolving minor technical issues as they arise.

A typical day in this role involves monitoring the production flow, checking product quality, and making sure all equipment runs according to strict safety and hygiene standards. You'll work in a temperature-controlled environment, either in a room set between 0° - 4°C or one at a minimum of 6°C. Your shift will generally run from 06:00 to 16:30, with possible afternoon shifts in peak season. You may also have the opportunity for overtime, especially on Saturdays.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to food safety
  • Problem-solving skills for minor technical issues
