About the function

As an Operator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing the production process.
  • Controlling products and the production process.
  • Operating, implementing, and controlling the cleaning process.
  • Adding products/ingredients and chemicals, including reprocessing.
  • Receiving products/ingredients/auxiliary materials.
  • Recording data required for process control and management.
  • Checking key critical points defined in ISO/HACCP standards.
  • Keeping your department clean.
  • Ensuring that products are produced according to required safety, quality, and quantity standards.
  • Performing minor maintenance tasks in your department (seals, valves, lubrication, etc.).

Working Conditions:

  • Temperature: Normal.
  • Environment: Ability to work in a standing position.

Shifts and Working Hours:

  • Shifts: 06:00 - 14:00; 14:00 - 22:00; 22:00 - 06:00.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Breaks: Standard breaks according to working hours.

Salary:

  • Hourly wage: €16,56.
  • Monday – Friday (06:00 - 20:00): 100%
  • Saturday (15:00 - 24:00): 150%
