About the function

You'll help produce top-quality cookies, biscuits, and crackers enjoyed by people all over Europe. We value your motivation and reliability more than experience—if you're ready to work, we want you!
On a typical day, you'll work in a warm, dry environment, handling baking trays, loading and unloading ovens, and making sure our delicious products are made to the highest standards. You’ll work together with your colleagues, always keeping safety and quality in mind. Shifts are organized in two blocks: mornings (05:30-15:00) and afternoons (15:00-00:00), for a total of 38 hours a week, with opportunities for overtime during busy periods.

What we need
- Basic English (A2/B1 level) for workplace communication
- Ability to stand and work in a warm environment (around 20°C)
- Physically able to lift and move trays
- Team player and able to follow safety guidelines
- Motivation and responsibility are essential
- Prior production experience is a plus but not required
- Driver’s license is an advantage, not mandatory
